Temperature requirements of the steel bar bending machine

With the acceleration of my country's industrial development, the domestic steel bending machine technology has also been relatively mature, and basically can meet the various needs of customers. Especially in recent years, steel bending machine products have been greatly improved in terms of varieties, quality issues or performance, and we also see that steel bending machines have a broad space for development.

What are the temperature requirements of the steel bending machine:

1. Since the bending and forming of the tungsten plate is carried out in a hot state, the hot-pressing temperature directly affects the effect of the bending and forming. Without hydrogen protection, the maximum temperature of the tungsten plate cannot be higher than 500 degree .

2. In the process of the hot pressing technology test, the steel bar bending machine adopts the tungsten sheet and the mold to work together and put it into a 30kW box-type resistance furnace for heating. After heating up to 300 degree , 400 degree , 450 degree , and 500 degree successively, take out the pressure test and observe. The hot-pressed time state of the tungsten sheet.

3. After heating at 300 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, take out the compressed and bent iron sulfate (anhydrous) in the steel bending machine. During the bending process, a slight cracking sound can be heard. When the tungsten is taken out after cooling, it can be clearly seen that most of the tungsten has cracks, especially after the tungsten sheet is produced, due to the faster heat loss, the cracks are more intense, and the tungsten sheet and the mold do not conflict.

4. When heated to 400 degree , the same operating system process of the steel bar bending machine can hear a very slight cracking sound, the crack generation is obviously eliminated than before, and the cracks in the water-cooled screw unit appear in different positions and the previous analysis results are similar.

5. When heated to 450 degree , there is no sign of cracks during the bending process, and the elasticity is good. When the temperature rises to 500 degree , the tungsten sheet bends smoothly without cracks, but there are more WO3 oxides on the surface.

Under the condition that the heat carrier is allowed to exist, and the temperature is controlled at 450-480 degree , an ideal tungsten plate bending part can be obtained.

In addition, if there is no effective protective measures when the steel bar bending machine is bending, the ongoing bending operation should be stopped: rainy and snowy weather; the ambient temperature is lower than -15 degree ; the wind speed is greater than 10 m/s and other special circumstances to avoid unnecessary damage.
